Bits4Landys provides services to you under the following conditions - If you visit or order from this website, you accept these conditions. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with Bits4Landys and you may be bound by the terms described herein. Prices All prices quoted on-line are less VAT and P&P - Bits4Landys is registered for UK VAT no. 228492194 Bits4Landys web store has a minimum order value of £5 We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect. Delivery Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock. We aim to dispatch all online orders with weight under 2KG placed before 1:00pm GMT on the same day, Orders with weight over 2KG will be sent the next day if ordered later than 7:00am GMT . In some cases this may not be possible. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives. A contact number is always required (which will not be passed onto 3^rd parties). Whilst the Bits4Landys will do its utmost to keep its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. Bits4Landys accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Carriage Postage prices are calculated automatically by our shopping cart system, based on destination, size and weight of the goods. Some of our items are too large to be sent to some countries and remote parts of the UK - contact us for more info. UK - Royal Mail 1st class (RM24) is used on all orders with weight less than 2kg,  orders over 2kg  will be sent via UPS, TNT or ParcelForce. International - Royal Mail Airmail is used on all orders with weight less than 2kg,  orders over 2kg  will be sent via UPS, TNT, FedEx or ParcelForce. Payment We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We do not take cards payments over the phone. All on-line credit card transactions are processed through PayPal Pro PCI. At Bits4Landys we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through the PayPal Pro PCI. Credit Card Security We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties. Returns You are free to return goods unused for a period of 14 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Postage & Packing will not be refunded for purchases and returns. Parts are subject to a 15% restocking charge after 14 days after order at our discretion. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit. Images We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are owned by Bits4Landys. Unauthorized use of images owned by Bits4Landys is not permitted. Trademarks and Internet Domain Names Bits4Landys trademarks and intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not concern Bits4Landys, in any manner that disparages or discredits Bits4Landys ‘Land Rover’ and ‘Defender’ are trademarks of Jaguar Land Rover Ltd. (JLR) Recently JLR have also trademarked the slang term / word ‘Landy’. The December 2014 trademark ‘Landy’ has no connection whatsoever with products and services offered on the internet domain name ‘www.Bits4Landys.co.uk’ registered in September 2009 or the eBay account ‘bits4landys’ registered in July 2009. Bits4landys branded goods & services have no commercial association whatsoever with JLR Bits4Landys gained the trademark ‘Bits4Landys’ in March 2019 (No. UK00003235718 - for ‘Design of tooling for the production of land vehicle parts’) Product Information Bits4Landys is an independent non-franchised Land Rover parts manufacturer and supplier. Part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer. Complaints We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible. Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We may e-mail you regarding the specifics of your order but we will not e- mail you any marketing material in the future unless you have given us your explicit consent.
